About Christina

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in Kinder House. My name is Christina and I am here because early childhood education is my passion. My morning preschool program provides a safe, enriching environment for little ones ages 2+ to learn and grow. In 2015, I earned a BA in Education with a concentration in Child Development and Family Studies from UNC-Chapel Hill. I maintain a valid NC teaching license for birth to kindergarten as well as K-6. My goal is to educate and nurture young children in a safe, loving environment. I enjoy arts and crafts, imaginative play, games, sports and active play, music, science and nature experiences, and cooking projects. I am always open to new ideas and fun, local opportunities. I believe in learning through play which is why it is so important to make the most of teachable moments as children explore. This will be my 9th year working with children and families, and I can't wait to get to know you!
