Ultimately, I'm seeking care opportunities that work well in my schedule. Monday through Wednesday afternoons are ideal. Consistent, regular work or one-time needs are both doable for me, but I'm not a good fit for individuals looking for an as-needed babysitter. At heart, I am a crafter. I'm a sewist, and I've recently begun to venture into linocut/stamp carving and tie dye to customize my own clothing. I'm a great person to babysit a fellow creative who's big on crafts! I think it's so rewarding to see children thrive when their interests and self-expression are encouraged. The exploration of one's identity throughout childhood is an opportunity for them to develop an understanding of themselves and their wants and desires, which will serve them in their adult lives.
