I'm Chris, a Registered Nurse with 15 years of experience providing medication management, appointment support, and full care coordination for adults who want reliable, clinically informed help at home. I attend routine appointments, provide transportation, help ask the right questions, and share updates with caregivers. I'd describe my personality as energetic, empathetic, and adaptable. I like caring for seniors because there is a huge need in the community, I work in skilled nursing facilities also, and want to support independence and keeping this population at home as long as possible. I'm looking for a job that utilizes my skills appropriately, and makes a difference in someone's life and maintaining their independence. I started caring for seniors when working in a long term care facility as a new graduate nurse at the Rhode Island Veterans Home over 15 years ago.
