Provide friendship and companionship for emotional well-being by taking walks, engaging conversations, puzzles, music, encouraging life skills and independence through cooking, reading, writing and games. Assistance with physical mobility, ADL's, completing errands and grocery shopping, feeding and bathing. Managing client schedules and accompaniment to doctor's visits, social, religious, and other appointments. Medication management including setting up, ordering, and oversight. Completion of light housekeeping duties by maintaining safe, clean, and healthy environments. Vaccinated, with booster; non-smoking; own vehicle. Experience & Certifications: 20+ years-Mayo Emergency Department, Hospice, HHA/NA/PCA, CPR/AED
