My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, and I strive to be both friendly and professional. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation. I'm also skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I respect each individual's independence. I communicate with families through daily reports, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. Knowing I can bring peace of mind to families while enriching the lives of their loved ones is why I love what I do.
