About Chordae

I had a very frustrating experience with Chordae. Our zoom interview was okay, and we left off our call with me confirming that I would let her know if I was going to choose her to watch my kids for one day a week for several weeks. After that call the communication was not there. I let her know that evening I was choosing her for our family. She did not respond even after several times of reaching out. The last message I sent was letting her know that if she doesn't respond by a specified time I would begin looking elsewhere. She responded 25 minutes before the specified time asking if I still needed someone. I, against better judgement, said yes. Following receiving confirmation that she is going to watch my kids, I wrote out the itinerary for my kids and the expectations for the day of.,l, as well as alternate contact information and our address. She then asked me about timing after already agreeing on a timing. Then she texts me that full or half payment is due to her upon arrival which I've never ever had asked and even when I nannied myself asked. After confirming hours for the third time, and giving her my address for the next day she did not show up or call. She claimed we hadn't given her the address. This was unacceptable. My husband had to take the day off.
