My husband and I hired Chloe to be our daughter’s primary caretaker when my daughter turned 7 months, and has been with my family and I for the past 8 months. Chloe is reliable and flexible. My schedule can be a bit hectic and all over the place. Chloe was able to come early and stay late. Chloe rarely calls out sick. Chloe responds well to specific instructions, and respects the rules and boundaries that are put into place. Chloe engages in age appropriate activities with our daughter. We allow Chloe to take our daughter to local parks and the library. Chloe always checks in when she leaves and arrives at her destinations. She also sends us updates throughout the day, along with photos. Chloe has arranged play dates with local nannies and babies of similar age. The play dates have been wonderful for my daughter and my husband and I enjoy hearing about them and looking at photos. Chloe prepares meals for our daughter, and has assisted with food prep. Chloe cleans up around the house, and often leaves it better than how I left it. Chloe is trusted to give my daughter baths when needed. Chloe also does my daughter’s laundry, cleans and sanitizes her bottles, pacifies, and toys, and brings in our packages. Chloe cared for our daughter with love and attentiveness, and it is clear to see that my daughter loves Chloe very much. My husband and I are transitioning our daughter to a day care and learning center soon, but we will most certainly keep in touch with Chloe. Chloe is always welcome to visit us and our daughter.
