About Chloe

I started working with kids when I was around 12 years old. I started babysitting for older cousins children and I enjoyed the experience because it taught me how to handle a lot of responsibility at a young age. I learned that every child has a different personality and temperaments. It taught me how to deal with different personality types at once. Another thing I learned is that it's possible to turn most frustrating situations to positive ones. I continued from then on. I currently work at a childcare center as an assistant teacher where I implement these practices on the daily basis. One thing you should know about me is A couple things you should know about me is that I am a very structured person I thrive in a organized environment. I enjoy having a routine. But I am also flexible and creative. I can work with all personalities. I'm a problem solver not a problem starter. I have a lot of patience and compassion when comes to helping and understanding children.
