As a Certified Nursing Assistant with two years of experience, I provide light housekeeping and am equipped to handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. I am patient and calm, always respecting the independence of those in my care.
