Chi Chi came into our lives the week before my mother-in-law died. We were incredibly frustrated with the care that she had received in the final weeks of her life and we, as a family, were overwrought and exhausted. Chi Chi came in and everything changed. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. She didn't just take care of all of my MIL's physical needs but her emotional needs as well. She spent all of her time engaging with her, loving on her (looking at photos, talking of family, encouraging her, etc.) and supporting our family. We are forever grateful for the level of care and compassion that Chi Chi brought into our home at the hardest time of our lives.
