About Cheyann

I've been babysitting kids since I was 10 years old. I grew up being the oldest in the family. I've worked at a couple of daycares over the past 4 years as a floater working with all ages and an assistant teacher working in a 12-18 months old class. I went to Missouri State University for two years and worked at Greenwood Elementary school in Springfield, Missouri for a bit. I ended up moving back home right before Covid started. I am fully vaccinated and have the booster shot. Covid safety is very important to me. I am okay wearing a mask while working in your home if that would make your family more comfortable! I am comfortable with ages up to 6. I would like to return to school next fall and finish getting my degree in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy incorporating art, crafts, music, pretend play, and generally helping kids develop a good sense of expression. I want to encourage children to be curious, compassionate and creative. I hope I'd be a good fit in your home.
