About Cheryl

I am a caring person and patient with people who need attentive care. I develop rapport quickly. I'm authentic, compassionate, outgoing. Seniors have needs for personal interaction and companionship that I enjoy providing. I want a job that requires my interacting with someone in person instead of virtually while we mutually impact each other's lives in a very positive way. I'd also like to know that I am bringing help to the families that may be involved. I started caring for seniors when I visited nursing homes as a teen with our church. Then, as an adult I lived with my terminally ill fiancé and his 92-year-old father. I attended to both of them dispensing their medications and daily care. Now, my own mother lives with me. I like to with my son's family in Oviedo, meet friends for dinner, attend local events. I am driven to make a good living for myself and Mom and love interactions I have with others. My skills include companionship, transportation, social interaction.
