From an 8-week-old puppy to 7 years of age when he passed away of cancer, I raised along with my four children an Australian Shepherd. We loved him with hugs, long walks, playing catch, and nutritious treats. He was always by our side and enjoyed vacations to the beach with us. As a family, we also had a rabbit, birds, fish, and took care of our neighbor's fish. I personally grew up with canaries and parakeets.
