I have worked at an assisted living facility for 23 years. My job title was a lead care manager. My duties were to supervise the care managers, assist when needed with adl's, assist in the dining room and medication management. I enjoyed going to work everyday and spending it with my residents. I truly felt so fortunate to have met so many wonderful people in the years there. Unfortunately due to COVID I needed to make some changes for my safety.
