Our family worked with Cher from 2007 to 2010, from the time our daughter was 3 months old up until she started preschool at age 3 and a half. As new parents, my husband and I were very anxious about finding the right person to care for our infant daughter, but our fears were quickly relieved when we met Cher. Her expertise and years of experience with babies/young children were immediately apparent, and we quickly became comfortable and assured that our daughter was in excellent hands. Cher is extremely professional and reliable, and takes her job and the responsibility of caring for your child very seriously. At the same time, she is very kind, nurturing, and loving, and it was clear that she genuinely cared for our daughter. They grew quite close and she was such a significant and positive influence on our daughter during those important early years of development. In short, we could not have asked for a better nanny and still feel lucky to have found her.
