About Cherril

I have over 15 years of experience caring for and supporting children through my work at The Center for Autism and Children's Hospital. At The Center for Autism, I worked for 8 years as a Direct Care Technician and from 2025 to May 2026 as a Behavioral Health Technician, working 8 hours per day. My responsibilities included changing, feeding, assisting with personal care and daily routines, supporting behavioral and developmental needs, supervising children, and participating in school activities. At Children's Hospital, where I worked for 7 years, my responsibilities included food and bottle preparation, feeding, diaper changing, washing, and providing attentive care to meet each child's individual needs. I am also trained in CPR and safe sleep practices. My experience includes hands-on childcare, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting children's health, safety, and development. I also have all of my background clearances.
