From birth through teenage years I felt I have just about been in every role of child development and I would not change spending everyday, all-day with little ones! I am Very patient, nurturing and understanding! I'm also a certified foster mother, whom has had several opportunities to enhance my child care knowledge through a variety of classes and trainings! I also have experience with special needs care and last but not least I'm a LOVER of arts & craft! I am pleased to have gained most experience having worked within the Pittsburgh Public Schools as an autism support paraprofessional (6yrs). I resigned that position to home-school my own children, and provide in-home child care and early child developmental teachings (such as infant sign language & picture reading) to friends and family!! Cherlyn has helped our family cope with shifting schedules and variable childcare needs many times over the past few years and we can't say enough great things about her. She is persistent, organized, responsible, reliable, flexible, trustworthy, and self-motivated. She has excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and strong morals. We have had the pleasure of spending time with Cherlyn and her children and have found them to be among the most delightful families you could ever hope to meet. If you'd like for some of her fantastic parenting/nannying to rub off on you and your offspring - I would strongly recommend giving her a call!
