I hold a college degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. My approach is patient, empathetic, and friendly. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, and prepare meals. Supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me.
