About Chelsey

Chelsey was our nanny for four years and cared for all three of our children. She cared for our twin boys from the time they were 6 months old until they were 3½ years old, and later cared for our daughter for about eight months. It's hard to put into words the impact she's had on our family. From day one, Chelsey went above and beyond to make sure our children were safe, loved, challenged, and thriving. She has an incredible ability to meet children where they are developmentally while encouraging them to grow with patience, creativity, and consistency. She played a huge role in helping all three of our kids reach important developmental milestones, and we truly believe they are better because of the time they spent with her. Chelsey is also incredibly organized, punctual, and respectful. We always knew we could count on her, and she consistently brought a calm, dependable presence into our home. She also helped with the kids' laundry and dishes, which was such a thoughtful way to support our family and made a huge difference in our day-to-day lives. One of the things that always stood out was her communication. She kept us informed every step of the way by sharing updates on activities, meals, lessons, milestones, funny moments, and anything else we wanted to know. As working parents, that level of communication gave us tremendous peace of mind. Chelsey also has a gift for capturing life's little moments. She took the most beautiful photos of our children, many of which are now framed throughout our home and are some of our favorite memories. More than anything, Chelsey became part of our family. She loved our children as if they were her own, and they absolutely adored her. If we were having more children, we wouldn't hesitate to hire her again in a heartbeat. We cannot recommend Chelsey highly enough. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her caring for their children. She is the kind of caregiver every parent hopes to find, and we will always be grateful for the love, care, and lasting impact she had on our family.
