About Chelsey

Hi, I'm Chelsey! I'm a nanny with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education with my student teaching focusing on preschool education. Previously, I worked as a Para in a K - 2 classroom for 2. 5 years & have experience working with children with various needs. I've also worked for a childcare program since July of 2020 & have experience working with school age children in a group setting & teaching dance classes. This position allowed me to obtain my Head Teacher Certificate (school age). In addition to my professional experience, I've also babysat children, from toddlers to teenagers. Prior to my formal childcare positions, I worked in customer service for 10 years; Supervising employees was my responsibility. The skills I used in these roles (patience, empathy, & clear communication) are skills that I bring to every position I am hired for & are equally important when nannying/babysitting.
