About Chelsea

I like working with kids because they teach me so much everyday. I've worked with young children for around 5 years now and I always joked that they're my little besties because honestly they kind of are! I'm looking for a job where I am able to consistently impact children and their families in a positive way. I started working with kids when I was in high school. My junior and senior year of high school I worked as a summer camp counselor, I was a part of a mentorship program for elementary as well as middle school student and worked in my high schools daycare. After high school I worked in a preschool just over a year and then went on to be a behavior tech. and have been doing that ever since ! In my spare time, I like to go kayaking and take time making new memories with those I hold closest to my heart! My skills include understanding every child is different and meeting them where they are, pairing with children in a fun way, and problem solving!
