About Chelsea

Hi! My name is Chelsea, and I'm a 34-year-old mother of three -- two boys and a girl. Motherhood has given me hands-on experience in patience, structure, creativity, and understanding each child's unique personality and needs. Two of my children are on the autism spectrum, which has given me deep experience with sensory needs, routines, emotional regulation, and individualized support. I understand how important consistency, compassion, and communication are for children to feel safe and thrive. In addition to raising my own children, I have nanny experience caring for multiple families.
