About Chelsea

I am a Mom to a wonderful 5-year-old non-verbal autistic boy! Due to his needs, I am only accepting positions that allow sitting in my own home as I have sensory toys/activities, baby proof residence, and live on 5 acres so plenty of space! I have extensive experience with special needs children as well as children raging from newborn all the way up to age 16. Many of my duties have included, but are not limited to, sensory play/needs, changing diapers, preparing food, bathing, scheduled naps/activities and medications, and tutoring. I have had to care for children with sickness from a runny nose to a breathing machine. I have nannied a family of 3 children, ranging ages from 3 to 13, for a few years and was responsible for pickup/drop offs, prepping meals, light household cleaning, bathing, bedtime routines, and more! I have also been actively involved in my church nursery as a caretaker as well as ongoing babysitting jobs for the last 20 years.
