I have worked in the food and beverage industry for over 10 years now, so I am very familiar with acheiving a spotless environment to your home! In addition, I worked as a stewardess and chef on a Yacht, so I am familiar with cleaning and detailing high end objects as well. My true passion however is creating healthy and wonderfully balanced meals for busy individuals! Conscious Culinary, my personal company, can provide meal preparation and grocery shopping to help those who are limited time while still trying to eat consciously. We will go over personal goals and meal preferences to create custom meals that not only make you feel great, but taste great too!
