About Chelsea

I'm the eldest daughter of 3 girls & first-generation-college-grad. With a Masters from Columbia University in Creative Writing, I'm devoted to helping littles develop their imagination, artistic taste and human empathy through storytime, crafts, museum wandering & outdoor play. As a Ministry Assistant at a Christian women's shelter, I serve unhoused women as they work to reintegrate themselves into society. I help the ladies mediate conflict, enforce behavioral conduct, prepare meals, maintain a safe and godly atmosphere, teach biblical principles that they can apply to their everyday lives & supervise them as they complete their daily tasks (chores, exercise, counseling, etc). Every form of mothering is beautifully difficult and transformative; I'm grateful I get to prepare for my own children through this work.
