About Chelsea

I am passionate about helping families reach their goals! As a pediatric occupational therapist , I have over 5 years of experience working in the home setting. I also have 13 years of experience teaching children yoga/mindfulness and 15 years experience teaching swim lessons. I also am RYT2200 certified and have 10 years experience working with parents for stress management through yoga, breathing and mindfulness. Services offered: 1:1 or group yoga/mindfulness (in person or virtual) Mommy & Me Yoga Babysitting/respite care Parent education: child development towards goals, calming strategies, healthy meal ideas, breathing exercises for parents and children Excited to work with you!
