Hi there! My name is Chelsea and I have been working with children for the past 12 years. I started out my career working in a daycare setting. In this setting I worked with children of all ages as well as supervised staff. After graduating with my Master's in Social Work, I began working for child protective services. I worked in this role for over six years before transitioning into the school setting. I currently work as a social worker for an alternative school that educates children 6th-12th grade. Here I work with children who have special needs as well as behavioral issues. I am very passionate about working with children and have dedicated my schooling and career to this passion. In addition to having a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work, I have training in first aide, medication administration, restorative practices, as well as early childhood psychology. I am currently available to nanny/provide childcare for any age throughout the summer!

I have known Chelsea since she was 15 years old. She has always been more mature and responsible than others her age. I needed a nanny last summer and I knew right away I wanted Chelsea. My children love her. She has such patience and caring manner and still manages to get children to behave. My children had an amazing summer with Chelsea. They did crafts, went to the library, went swimming, had play dates, went to the park, weekly trips to the lake, and did their reading and summer school work. She was organized and kept my children moving and having fun. Best part was she made sure my children cleaned up after themselves so my house was in order when I came home.
