About Chelsea

I've worked in the Early Childhood Education field for about 6 years as a Teacher of all ages in both accredited preschool and daycare settings- before that I was a babysitter for much of my youth. I went to college for a few semesters and during that time have garnered a passion for both psychology and American Sign Language. My philosophy is to guide children while allowing them to lead with their creativity and imagination. I like to give them as much opportunity to explore themselves as possible while setting safety boundaries and appropriate developmental goals. Children are just as much people as we adults are and it is very important that we give them the support they need to feel all of their emotions- big or teeny tiny, positive or negative, and everything in between. I love to play right alongside them and read, read, read. Books are such a treasure for so many reasons and they will always take precedence over screens in my time spent with your children.
