About Chelsea

I am the eldest daughter of 3 children. Growing up, I helped raise my siblings while my parents were away at work. Since 2023, I professionally started working with children at the YMCA by teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding. Because I have worked with children, I've developed a patient and calm personality, making me friendly and approachable. I believe in open communication with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup about their child's day and addressing any issues that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules that parents set. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. As a skilled swimmer, I'm also happy to supervise swimming activities. I'm willing to help with light housekeeping and have completed First Aid and CPR training.
