I talked to Chelsea on the phone a day prior her scheduled service date. On the day of her service date she called off,leaving me and my wife hanging. Her excuse was that she was looking for a one time job. My wife is a resident physician and I am an RN, so we can't just call off from work due to nanny issues. Not acceptable at all.
