About Chealea

Hi There! Thank you so much for visiting my profile. My name is Chealea (pronounced "Shay-Lee") and I am a 25-year-old, married mom of two sweet boys (4 years old and 1-year-old). I have 6+ years experience in babysitting, church nursery, and recent experience in daycare. I am Safe Sleep and CPR certified and come with multiple references. As for my personal "qualifications": I am patient, loving, and interpersonal with each child I care for - just as I am with my own children. I care a lot about treating children with respect while also teaching 'them' to respect rules and boundaries put in place for their safety and development. I personally know how hard it is to trust someone with your children. I have witnessed unfair treatment in childcare and it is a huge part of why I would like to cultivate an atmosphere of safe, loving, and nurturing care that truly supports your child's growth and well-being while you are away at work!
