About Chaylene

I like working with kids because it teaches me a lot and I love how innocent and genuine kids are. I have 4 younger siblings that I babysat my life. I started babysitting as soon as I turned 12. I spent almost every weekend babysitting families in my neighborhood. My first job out of high school was nannying the sweetest baby boy and it made me fall in love with child care. I felt so lucky to play such an important role in his life and getting to help take care of him. In my spare time, I like to play sports, read, and spend time with my husband and dogs. One thing you should know about me is I have a huge heart. I will do everything I can to have a positive influence on your children and family. I will care deeply for your kids (and pets) and will love every second I get to spend with them! My top 3 childcare skills are: patience, communication, and compassion.
