About Charnise

I am an energetic, compassionate, free spirited mother who prides herself on integrity and honesty. In elementary, the private school I attended volunteered twice a week at Presbyterian Village as companions. We read stories, listen to their life stories, and ate lunch with them. I realized then that I had a passion for sharing, listening, and caring for the elderly. I love yoga, softball, and music and encourage everyone who I care for to let happiness in every day no matter how you must. I continued to volunteer my time whenever I could as I got older and I also took a course at the Cumberland school of CNA and did some clinicals at a nursing home as well. I also have personal experience caregiving being a mother of a 6-year-old and having taken care of my sick grandmother in her final months before being admitted into hospice. caregiving is something that I thoroughly enjoy and do not look at as a job. Your love one's happiness and safety is my number one goal.
