Charmaine is a fantastic caregiver! I hired her to help my 93-year-old father get back on his feet after a 3-week hospital stay. Needless to say he was very weak when he was discharged. Even though he had home health services, I was very concerned that he wouldn't do much on his own to get back into the swing of things. Charmaine and I collaborated and set goals for my dad's recovery. Most important was making sure that he was dressed and moving around each day and managing his medications. Charmaine came in the morning and then again before bedtime. Her FLEXIBILITY in timing her visits to match my dad's needs and was key in his recovery. Charmaine found the right balance of hands-on care vs encouraging his independence. Charmaine is charming, well spoken, encouraging, and always calm! It's my pleasure to recommend her to care for your loved one too.
