Charmaine has been a part of our family for 3 years, taking care and loving our mom. she is intelligent, compassionate, efficient, trustworthy and knows how to get anything done! she is extremely knowledgeable and caring and knows how to approach and interact with mom in a most respectful and supportive manner. our neighbors all loved her as well. she is a true gem!
