In my experience, doing an excellent job goes far beyond basic aspects such as make sure the child eats healthy nutritional food, adheres to healthy sleeping patterns, and experiences healthy social interactions. In my opinion, it is an opportunity to help develop the children from dependency to increasing autonomy. For example, teaching kids to fish is much more rewarding experience than fish for them. Based on my experiences as a mother and a care-giver, I feel very confident that I'm able to stimulate social, cognitive, emotional, and educational development of your children as well as being a valuable asset in helping you navigate through the various development stages, from newborn, infant, toddler, preschooler, school-aged child to ultimately adolescents. As a mother, I very much understand, appreciate and respect the fact that a child is the most precious gift to parents on earth. I believe that only being a mother yourself will equip you with the necessary passion and background to excel in taking care of children.
