About Charlotte

I have had 3 years of experience at Kid's Factory working with so many different kinds of children and been babysitting for around 5 years as well - from stubborn to easy going, I have an appreciation for all different personalities and enjoy figuring out what is best for them and getting to know them. I am very laid back, patient, cooperative and love cleaning and organizing on the side of course! meal prep is a given as well. I always have full respect and always consider the kids feelings and always have open arms and ears no matter what. I love being outside an active as much as possible! right now i'm looking to work 2-3 dayd a week, preferable Monday and Wednesday !
