About Charlotte

I'm Charlie, I'm 28 years old, I am currently employed by a family from 7am-8:30am/2pm-5 p.m. on weekdays. I've watched children for at least three years as a full time job. I'm responsible for three kids outside of work, ages 9 months, 4 years and 6 years. (My nephews) I like to be consistent, fun and predictable! I will ask kiddos to do hard things (clean up, kindness first, manners) and provide emotional (and other necessary) support! I love to plan activities, catering to each child's age and interests. Love playing with the babies, engaging them with songs and reading. Toddlers and littles I love to get our energy out with activities and lots of play time, and again reading is the best. Older kids with me it's all about establishing trust and treating them with respect, trying to demonstrate what healthy boundaries with other adults will look like, taking genuine interest in their hobbies!
