About Charlotte

I find deep meaning in working with children and supporting their growth with care, curiosity, and intention. I am currently in my second year working in a Pre-K classroom, supporting children ages three to five. Being part of an early learning environment has taught me the importance of slowing down, observing closely, and honoring each child's unique rhythm of development. In addition to my classroom work, I bring over 10 years of nannying experience with children ranging from infants to teenagers. I am known for my calm, thoughtful presence and my ability to create nurturing environments where children feel safe, seen, and encouraged to express themselves freely. Creativity plays a central role in my approach, and I naturally integrate art, imaginative play, and gentle structure into daily routines. While I hope to pursue an art teaching degree in the coming years, I am presently focused on learning through hands-on experience and growing alongside the children in my care.
