About Charlotte

Hello! My name is Charlotte. I moved to Belmar in July 2023. I come from a big family, so I've been around children as well as animals my entire life. When I babysit or care for a child, it is crucial to me that my presence makes them feel safe, which gives them the ability to speak up if something is bothering them. My babysitter validated those feelings, and instead of making me embarrassed, she created a safe space where I felt heard and understood. That is what I have strived for in my previous positions and will continue to do so in my future ones. The responsibility of caring for children is something I do not take lightly.
