We have used Charlotte to look after our two Pomeranians, on several occasions both longer trips to Europe and shorter getaways. She stays in our home, which is ideal since they are senior dogs and most comfortable in their own space. Both dogs adore her, and she gives them so much love and cuddles. Charlotte is incredibly easy to communicate with, prompt to respond, and always punctual. While we are away, she sends daily photos and updates. If any concerns ever come up, she knows to check in with us and ask for advice, which gives us complete peace of mind that she is both confident and thorough. On top of that, the house was very clean when we returned! Knowing our dogs and home are in such caring, capable hands makes leaving them so much easier.
