I'm Charlie! I'm 24 years old! I love reading, being outside, and spending time with my family. I have been babysitting/nannying for as long as I can remember on and off. I starting babysitting in the special needs community being that my twin sister is on the spectrum, non verbal, and has cerebral palsy I fell in love with caring for her and her classmates at an early age and I never really stopped! In the last five years I have worked as a para with special needs preschool students in Scottsdale Unified School District. And two years ago I opened a day program for special needs adults and as much as I love it I did get burnt out. I still own the LLC and play a big part in it just not the day to day operations, I have an amazing staff who I trust immensely. I'm looking for a nanny job because that's how I fell in love with caretaking and sometimes we just need reminding!
