About Charlie

I'd describe my personality as attentive, compassionate, and patient. I like working with kids because I learn from their creativity, worldview, and honesty. I started working with kids when I started babysitting in high school. In college, I have worked as both a babysitter and preschool classroom aid, as well as doing literacy in local schools. In my spare time, I like to read and spend time outdoors. My skills include active listening, helping work through big emotions, and choices within limits.
