I am a fully hands-on caregiver who will always be there to kiss the boo-boos, give a nanny-style high five, or simply be a pair of listening ears for your little one. I have been caring for children independently for over five years, including countless date nights, 3 summer nannying positions, and endless days of fun! I was a local daycare team leader - so I have lots of experience with multiples, infants, and everything in between. I am a recent college graduate from St Catherine University and plan to later pursue my JD. In my spare time you can find me searching for the perfect lake to paddle-board, inhaling an iced chai, or snuggling at home with my fur-babies. At the end of the day, my concern is the safety, happiness, and well-being of your little one. I pride myself on fostering an environment where they feel safe, heard, and cared for.

We absolutely love Molly and cannot recommend her highly enough. Molly nannied for us for about two months while our full-time nanny was out on medical leave and we feel so grateful to have found her. She primarily took care of our 1-year-old, but was equally great with our 3-year-old on the days she was out of school. She is incredibly caring, brings a tireless energy and sense of fun to the day from start to end, and went out of her way to proactively seek out ways to help out around the house (I haven't folded a single piece of laundry myself in weeks!). You'll be so happy you hired Molly. She's the best.
