I was a graduate student teaching assistant in the history department at UCLA for two years. I did my undergraduate work at Rutgers graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. I am most comfortable tutoring middle school, high school, college students in history, writing, language arts/English, sociology, literature, government, German, and political science but can also help with high school level math and science. I have experience tutoring those with ADHD in multiple subjects and helped many high schoolers through the college application and scholarship process. I have excellent local references. I also guide students through the dreaded college application essays, scholarship opportunities etc. I even give tennis lessons and skiing lessons in my spare time. ;)

Having ADHD and hormones, I was not the top student in High School, but Chuck was my tutor throughout my 4 years in high school and kept me on track and opened a world of opportunity for me. Not only did he help me in all of my academic subject areas, tennis and ski lessons, he personally guided me through the rigorous college application and scholarship process. It's because of him that I gained admission to all 13 schools I applied to (even my reach schools) and received over $90,000 in outside scholarship money in addition institutional aid. I am now attending a 4 year private university for free! One scholarship in particular I was able to attend a leadership conference and meet an owner billionaire. Talk about opportunities! I can't thank Chuck enough for his guidance, knowledge, and 110%+ dedication. We have become life long friends.
