Hello. I have 20+ years of childcare experience. Children are my passion! I just finish nannying for a family for three years, with four sweet children(4-year-old twins, 7and 9, both with special needs) Both parents are physicians. I created and implemented a daily active structured schedule. I assisted with taking the children to all activities and appointments. I also cared for the children overnights while the parents traveled. Was blessed to have nannied for two other amazing families. Was with each family for 3 1/2years each. Loved it! Never felt like it was a job, always felt like I was apart of the family. Still in close contact. Lead 4-year-old teacher at a Childcare Center. Daily lesson plans geared to Creative Curriculum. I am very honest, dependable, patient, hands on and loving. I love to teach, being outside, crafts, singing songs, reading and creative play. Love watching young minds grow! Thank you

Charlene is a very warm, engaging caregiver. She watches our children, a shy 3 year old, an energetic 8 year old and a dramatic 10 year old and handles all 3 of them on outings, takes them to the park, out to restaurants etc with skill and grace. The kids are so excited to spend time with Charlene because she listens to them and she interacts and gives them her attention the entire time. Charlene is creative and brainstorms games and activities and crafts for the kids to do that suit all their ages and interests. When the kids are sad or having a rough day Charlene is loving and tender. She always makes sure the kids feel safe and comfortable. She is polite and complimentary and she implements structure and boundaries with the kids. Charlene is wonderful and would make a great babysitter for any age.
