About Charlene

My name is Charlene and I am a caregiver companion with decades of experience in the healthcare field. My motivation is to continue to help individuals feel their best physically mentally and emotionally. After spending several years as a full-time caregiver for my mother, I gained a deep appreciation for the importance of quality, compassionate care. Now I am continuing that purpose by offering part-time in-home caregiving support, including transportation to appointments and errands, meal preparing. I can also provide personal fitness and mobility training. I am bilingual in both Spanish and English, covid vaccinated. Caregiving is more than a job it's my passion and a way to make a meaningful difference everyday I am highly allergic to cats. I cannot unfortunately be around them.
