Sorry I cannot give 10 stars!!! Charlene is incredible. She took care of my "baby" sister through the end of her life with caring and compassionate love and at the end of her life rarely even left her side but to shower and sleep. Called her "mom" and treated her like it. I find her to be highly reliable and trustworthy. I live 2,000 miles away and felt absolutely confident my sister was being well cared for and looked out for, that her best interests were always the most important. I cannot say enough good things about Charlene. This is not a "puff piece" for Charlene, as a past director for the BBB I would not do so, and only give such high praise for someone who deserves it!
