About Charleigh

Hi! My name is Charleigh, I have 7 years of experience caring for children from infancy through older elementary school age. I've worked both in private homes and in an elementary school setting, giving me experience supporting children in a variety of environments and developmental stages. I also have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and flexibility. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I always prioritize creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can feel comfortable, confident, and supported. My favorite part of working with kids is watching them grow, build new skills, and learn in their own unique ways. I enjoy encouraging their individual personalities, interests, and independence. I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families through open communication, patience, and reliability. I look forward to meeting your family!
