About Charizma

Hello! My name is Charizma, and I have over 16 years of childcare experience, including 6 years of paid daycare work and 10 years of volunteer childcare. I'm comfortable caring for up to 6 children at a time and have experience with all ages, from newborns through school-age children. I am currently in college studying medical coding and billing, which has strengthened my attention to detail and responsibility. I believe in open, consistent communication with parents and am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment. I love keeping children engaged through outdoor play (weather permitting), board games, educational activities, and helping with homework. I am CPR certified, have my own reliable transportation, and am comfortable caring for families with pets.
